💕Orders

When will I get my case?

Personalized cases are for pre-order and have a lead time of 2-3 weeks.
While the Biodegradable cases & Limited Edition cases are on hand and can be shipped/delivered on the next shipping/delivery date.

Can I change my order?

You may change your iPhone model but not the design. Just send us a message via Instagram/email us with your confirmation number and details within 3 hours after your purchase.

💕Shipping

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We use LBC to ship nationwide 🇵🇭 every Wednesday. We have a flat rate of PHP200 for the shipping fee.

How do you do deliveries within Cebu?

We have an in-house delivery team because our village is very strict and doesn’t allow third-party delivery couriers to enter. Delivery fee will vary based on your location. We will give you more information once you send your confirmation receipt to us via email or through Instagram DM (@thehubcebu).

How can I track my order?

We will forward to you a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. Once you get the tracking number you may track your package on the courier’s website.

What are your return and exchange policies?

We have a no return and exchange policy unless we made the mistake of sending you a wrong/defect product.
